TWEHA Cleaner+ je priehľadný, neutrálny univerzálny čistič a odmasťovač, špeciálne určený na prípravu povrchov pred lepením, tesnením alebo povrchovou úpravou.
Čisté, suché a bezmastné povrchy sú nevyhnutné pre spoľahlivé lepenie. Prípravok TWEHA Cleaner+ účinne odstraňuje mastnotu, nečistoty a zvyšky nevytvrdeného lepidla a úplne sa odparí bez zanechania mastného filmu. Je preto nevyhnutnou súčasťou prípravy podkladov používaných v lepených systémoch TWEHA.
Prípravok TWEHA Cleaner+ je možné použiť na širokú škálu materiálov, vrátane hliníka, dreva, syntetických vlákien a podkladov na báze cementu. Na rozdiel od agresívnych odmasťovačov nemá pri použití v súlade s návodom na použitie TWEHA žiadny znateľný vplyv na povrch fasádnych panelov.
For adhesive bonding applications, the surface must be dry, clean and free from dust and grease. Apply TWEHA Cleaner+ to the bonding surface and wipe in one direction using a clean, lint-free cloth or paper tissue. Allow TWEHA Cleaner+ to evaporate completely for approximately 10 minutes before continuing with the next application step. The cleaned surface must be protected against renewed contamination.

Particularly suitable for cleaning and degreasing surfaces before adhesive bonding, including the preparation of façade panels before applying TWEHA adhesives, aluminum supporting profiles, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and fiber cement and other approved façade materials. It is equally suited to preparation before applying TWEHA PreFix X-tra, or TWEHA WoodProtect or TWEHA Blacken where specified. Beyond surface preparation, it removes grease, dirt and contamination, uncured adhesive residues, and adhesive residue from stickers and labels, and is suitable for cleaning tools and workshop equipment as well as finishing and cleaning freshly applied adhesive beads.
