Páska TWEHA je vysoko pružná, obojstranná samolepiaca penová páska, ktorá bola špeciálne vyvinutá na použitie ako integrálna súčasť lepených systémov TWEHA pre obklady fasád typu „rainscreen“ a vetrané fasády.
Páska TWEHA so štandardnou hrúbkou 3 mm a šírkou 12 mm slúži na počiatočnú fixáciu fasádneho panelu počas montáže a zároveň funguje ako dištančná podložka, ktorá zabezpečuje minimálnu požadovanú hrúbku lepiacej vrstvy 3 mm.
Vďaka svojej vysokej pružnosti sa páska dokáže prispôsobiť menším nerovnostiam povrchu a zároveň zabezpečuje spoľahlivé umiestnenie panelu počas inštalácie. Páska TWEHA tiež zabraňuje absorpcii a vnikaniu vlhkosti a je určená na použitie v kombinácii s príslušným lepidlom TWEHA a prípravkami na úpravu povrchu.
TWEHA Tape must be applied to a dry, clean, dust-free and grease-free substrate. Where TWEHA Cleaner+ or TWEHA WoodProtect is required, these products must be allowed to dry completely before the tape is applied.
Within the TWEHA Bonding System, the adhesive bead is applied approximately 10 mm alongside the TWEHA Tape in an uninterrupted V-shaped bead. After removal of the protective liner, the façade panel is positioned and pressed firmly until full contact with the tape is achieved.

TWEHA Tape is particularly suitable for the initial fixation of façade panels during adhesive installation, and for use within TWEHA bonded rainscreen façade systems and ventilated façade constructions. It maintains the required 3 mm adhesive bead thickness while positioning façade panels during installation, and compensates for minor irregularities in the supporting surface. It can be applied on aluminum supporting profiles as well as appropriately prepared wooden supporting structures, and is used in combination with TWEHA PanelMate, StoneMate, GlassMate and MetalMate — making it suited to professional façade applications where a controlled and consistent adhesive joint is required.
