TWEHA PreFix X-tra must be applied to a properly prepared, dry, clean and contamination-free bonding surface in accordance with the applicable TWEHA Instructions for Use.
At standard laboratory conditions of 23 °C and 50% relative humidity, the declared curing time is approximately 12 hours, with a skin-forming time of approximately 30 minutes. Actual processing and curing times are influenced by ambient and substrate temperature.
Because porosity, mineral composition, surface treatment and production processes can vary considerably between façade materials, the use of TWEHA PreFix X-tra must always be based on the applicable TWEHA Technical Data Sheet and the current Tested & Approved recommendations.

TWEHA PreFix X-tra is particularly suitable for fiber cement façade panels, natural stone with a porous bonding surface, and porous ceramic and mineral-based materials, as well as concrete and cement-bonded substrates. It is designed for stone-like façade materials with significant moisture absorption, and for surfaces where moisture transport may influence the durability of the adhesive connection, stabilizing porous bonding surfaces prior to adhesive application. Suitable for both interior and exterior bonded wall-cladding systems, it is used in combination with TWEHA PanelMate or TWEHA StoneMate where specified, tested and approved, as well as with other porous façade materials following TWEHA adhesion and durability assessment.

Add the complete Component B to Component A and mix thoroughly for at least 2 minutes until homogeneous.
The mixed product should be processed within approximately 30 minutes.
Allow a minimum of approximately 12 hours drying time before starting the bonding procedure.
