The TWEHA Cutting Wire Set is designed for the removal or replacement of façade panels installed with a TWEHA Bonding System.
By positioning the cutting wire behind the façade panel, the adhesive beads can be cut through without unnecessarily damaging the supporting structure. This makes it possible to remove individual façade panels for replacement, inspection, repair or maintenance.
The set consists of a strong braided wire and two solid pull handles. Both handles incorporate a safety provision to maintain distance between the user’s hands and the cutting wire should the wire fail during operation
To remove a panel, the cutting wire is positioned behind the panel through the horizontal joint. Using long, controlled movements, the adhesive beads are progressively cut through.
Important: The façade panel must always be securely supported or restrained before the final adhesive beads are cut. Always wear suitable protective gloves. A new cutting wire should be used for each façade panel. Friction and heat generated during cutting can weaken the wire and increase the risk of breakage.

The TWEHA Adhesive Spreader is a professional dispensing solution for the fast, controlled and consistent distribution of adhesives over larger surfaces. Based on the innovative SOPI Flip’n’Spread™ system, the spreader can be connected to adhesive packaging such as foil packs and cartridges and distributes the adhesive through multiple precisely positioned openings. This enables several parallel adhesive beads to be applied simultaneously, providing an efficient and controlled alternative to conventional manual spreading.

Different outlet sizes are available to accommodate various adhesive viscosities, required application volumes and bonding configurations.
