TWEHA PanelMate

TWEHA PanelMate è un adesivo liscio a base di polimeri ibridi di alta qualità, omogeneo, altamente elastico e monocomponente, appositamente progettato per l'uso con vari tipi di pannelli e materiali di rivestimento murale, quali laminati ad alta pressione (HPL), substrati porosi, pannelli in fibrocemento (FCB), ecc.

La sua formulazione esclusiva garantisce valori massimi in termini di adesione, resistenza alla trazione e resistenza al taglio. Non è necessario l’uso di un primer adesivo aggressivo, il che comporta un notevole risparmio in termini di tempo e denaro.

TWEHA PreFix X-tra

TWEHA PreFix X-tra is a high-performance, two-component epoxy surface improver, specially developed for the pre-treatment of porous façade and cladding materials such as fiber cement, natural stone and other mineral-based substrates.

Porous materials can absorb and transport moisture through their internal pore structure. Under long-term exposure, moisture at or close to the adhesive interface may adversely affect the durability of the bonded connection. TWEHA PreFix X-tra penetrates and closes the pores at the bonding surface, creating a more stable and controlled interface for the TWEHA adhesive system.

Unlike a conventional adhesion primer, TWEHA PreFix X-tra is primarily a surface improver. Its function is to modify and stabilize the porous substrate and reduce the influence of moisture at the bonding interface rather than compensate for insufficient adhesive performance.
